The Event Security Guard II must demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to assess changing situations, provide direction to assigned staff, make timely frontline operational decisions, and escalate significant security, safety, employee, or guest concerns to Security Management when appropriate. This position assigns staff to designated posts, provides event-specific direction and training, monitors employee performance and compliance with security procedures, and serves as a first point of escalation for security and guest-related situations within an assigned area.
