This position primarily supports event registration and ticket booth operations by providing outstanding customer service, processing admissions, handling cash and electronic payments, issuing wristbands, answering guest questions, and assisting with event entry procedures. Assist with stage production, including artist hospitality, backstage operations, performer logistics, and production support for nationally and regionally recognized entertainers such as Hudson Westbrook, Vincent Mason, and other touring artists.
