Experience with personal auto insurance, policy endorsements, cancellations, exclusions, underwriting reports, audits, SR-22s, payment/NSF issues, insurance management systems, and Texas personal auto insurance would be beneficial. This position is responsible for reviewing and servicing personal auto policies, assisting agents and customers, processing policy changes, monitoring underwriting exceptions, and helping ensure policies remain compliant with company underwriting guidelines.
