Order, stock, and maintain supplies for both the Client-facing areas and the overall office, including beverages, coffee service, and hospitality items for the Client experience, as well as office supplies for the entire floor including kitchen areas, ensuring a consistently polished and fully prepared environment. Ensure continuous front-desk coverage by arranging appropriate backup coverage during scheduled PTO, planned absences, or other times away from the office, communicating proactively with management and team members to maintain seamless operations.
