In addition, this position must possess basic knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Equipment, Carpentry, Painting, Appliance repair, Flooring repair, and general building trades. Complete work orders including preventive maintenance and planned corrective daily work orders reported by engineering management, front desk, or otherwise assigned during the shift.
