Accounting duties, including but not limited to the following: Process bank deposit remotely for checks received, create purchase orders and vouch receipt of material for basic supply orders, verify and electronically enter accounts payable data into computer system, and contact vendors to pay by credit card, where applicable, and reconcile resulting transactions. Brief Description: Front desk position with primary responsibilities to answer main telephone line, greeting guests and customers, accounting duties, bookkeeping, and order fulfillment as required.
