Job Summary: The Director of Procurement (M5) is responsible for leading and executing LRE's procurement strategy across four core areas: (i) supporting execution projects through the structuring, negotiation, and administration of major equipment supply agreements and EPC contracts; (ii) supporting the Company's growing operating fleet through disciplined, cost-effective purchasing and vendor management; (iii) overseeing corporate procurement to drive cost savings through vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and negotiated rate structures; and (iv) managing approximately $1.5 billion of Owner Supplied Equipment, including allocation to projects, drawdown planning, and disposition through third-party sales of equipment not designated for use. This role will build, lead, and optimize a high-performing procurement organization, including developing existing team members, and will work closely with Pre-Construction and Project Management and Operations teams to align equipment strategy with project design, schedule, costs, and logistics.
