The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, renewals, upgrades, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer services levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all functions of the front desk, including but not limited to answering phones, greeting prospective and current clients, checking in classes, booking sessions for members and resolving any customer concerns.
