p>· Successfully complete reference checks and background investigation to include Live Scan Fingerprinting; · Meet qualifications to participate in a Short-Doyle program;
· Eligible for credentialing;
· Some positions require meeting County of Fresno qualifications as bilingual in Spanish, Hmong or other languages designated by the County;
· Community-based positions must use personal transportation in work capacity and include proof of current vehicle liability insurance with minimum coverage of 100/300.
· Graduation from an accredited college or university with associate's degree with preference for major coursework in addiction counseling, criminal justice, mental health, social or behavioral science, child development, liberal arts, education, or closely related field and equivalent to three (3) years of experience working with children, client, young adults and families in a therapeutic environment.
