Qualified candidates should: possess a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred, have experience with coaching at the college level required, must possess good organizational, oral and written communication skills, have experience in recruiting and have the skills to recruit new student athletes, have knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is required, have experience with fundraising and budget management. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: planning, organizing and conducting individual and team practices, training and competition games, coaching, recruiting, fundraising, scheduling, budgeting and travel.
