Support and lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs training programs, including onboarding, continuing education, capability development, and launch readiness. Partner with Training colleagues, Medical Affairs Strategy, field leadership, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and recommend suitable training approaches.
