Prepare and provide presentations/workshops on person hygiene, rat proofing, vector control, etc. to area schools adult/children daycare centers, civic groups and door to door. Conduct inspections of eating and drinking establishments, grocery stores, tortillerias, bakeries, day care centers and school cafeterias as required by Cameron County Order and/or the State Health Department.
