This position will bring together community health workers, community health representatives (CHRs), healthcare organizations, tribal partners, public health agencies, academic institutions, and community-based organizations to strengthen and advance the CHW workforce across North Dakota. The Project Manager will coordinate Alliance operations, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support strategic planning, oversee communications, manage budgets and timelines, and lead planning efforts for the Alliance.
