p>To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: Prior experience in patient education and healthcare communication is strongly preferred At least 2 years of experience in training and presenting information to individuals or groups, strongly preferred Experience in breast health education or radiology is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain medical information in a clear and compassionate manner Ability to work with diverse populations, addressing varied health literacy levels and cultural backgrounds Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage patient needs simultaneously Empathy, patience, and active listening skills to provide emotional support to patients Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
