In addition, the role leads injury prevention, outreach, and community engagement activities, working with EMS agencies, referral hospitals, public safety partners, and community organizations to improve trauma system performance, enhance access to care, identify transfer and process improvement opportunities, and deliver trauma-related education throughout the region. Working collaboratively with the Trauma Medical Director, Emergency Department leadership, and AVP of Trauma Services, the coordinator helps ensure the long-term success, sustainability, and growth of Allenmore's trauma program while promoting evidence-based care and improved patient outcomes.
