High Acuity & Diverse Patient Population: You'll manage a wide range of critical conditions, including: Medical ICU Patients: Septic shock, respiratory failure, renal failure requiring CRRT, patients on multiple pressors, DKA, GI bleeds, ARDS, advanced heart failure, and cardiogenic shock. Preferred: Experienced ICU Nurses: We highly value candidates with two years of experience in a high-acuity surgical ICU setting, particularly CVICU.
