Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, Clinical Leadership Team, and Palliative Care Medical Director, you will support the development, implementation, and ongoing advancement of palliative care services while promoting high-quality, patient- and resident-centered care. As the Palliative Care Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the quality of nursing practice for patients and residents through specialized direct patient care, leadership, coaching, collaboration, consultation, education, and research.
