Additional Qualifications: • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills• Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment• Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care and continuous professional growth. • Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis• Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT• Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
