Working with limited supervision, this role manages recurring governance processes, coordinates complex and time-sensitive workstreams, maintains accurate corporate records, and serves as a key liaison among Legal, senior management, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Human Resources, external counsel, registered agents, and other service providers. The Manager, Corporate Governance Paralegal is an experienced legal professional who provides high-level support for the Company's public company governance, Board and committee administration, securities compliance, and domestic and international subsidiary management activities.
