li>Partnering with clinical leaders to monitor and analyze clinical trends in their respective neighborhoods to include wound management, infection prevention & control, falls management, restraint/mobility device management, weight & nutrition management, anti-psychotic management, re-hospitalization /ER Transfer rates, etc.

CRNAs will have the option to rotate between New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center and the New York-Presbyterian Hospital /Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital to work with both adult and pediatric patients. Our team of CRNAs at Columbia University Irving Medical Center provides patient-centered anesthesia for all types of surgical procedures, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, and pediatrics.

li>Monitoring is performed intra-procedure according to Radiology/Nursing policy to assess vital signs pallor responsiveness level of comfort emotional status; Neuro status and circulation are assessed according to Radiology policy and as indicated by the procedure; provides patient care utilizing the nursing process; information related to changes in patient's condition is relayed accurately and efficiently to the physician. Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia recognition invasive pressure monitoring conscious sedation emergency care and comprehensive assessment skills preferred.

li>Performs and reports clinical analysis of device interrogations received through the transtelephonic systems by following established protocols to provide optimal clinical treatment to patients.
