Collaborate with the Manager to ensure QI reports are completed on a timely manner;• Maintain a positive relationship with the BHO and referral agencies• Market the program to community-based agencies, faith communities, social services agencies, criminal justice institutions, probation department, department of corrections, community health centers, schools, and any other potential referral agency.• Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State.
