Hourly Registered Nurse City of LynchburgHourly Registered NurseLynchburg, VAli>Conducts and/or arranges classes for detainees/residents on general health and hygiene, included but not limited to drug abuse, venereal diseases, and life skills dealing with health issues and assists in connecting detainees/residents with community health resources and programs in preparation for their return to the community. In consultation with Caseworkers and/or Parents, provides liaison activities with other health care providers in the community as related to facility and resident health care to include making appointments and/or may accompany detainees as needed to various health/medical appointments, including emergency room.
