Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Utah**Start Date:** October 5, 2026 **Location:** Millcreek, Utah **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day or night shift available; 4:1 patient ratio; every other weekend required; no on-call**Highlights:** - 34-bed Progressive Care Unit with an experienced team of 45 clinical staff members- Advanced equipment including cardiac monitors, telemetry, IV pumps, PCAs, epidurals, high-flow nasal cannula, BiPap, and feeding tubes- Electronic Medical Records system using EPIC- Manageable patient assignments with 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio- Float opportunities to Medical/Surgical and Intermediate Care units for skill diversity- Day shift: 3-4 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift; Night shift: 3-4 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift**Requirements:** - Current RN license in Utah (or ability to obtain)- ACLS and BLS certifications required- Strong time management and critical thinking skills essential- Experience with feeding tube placement and progressive care procedures preferred- Willingness to float to Medical/Surgical and Intermediate Care units as needed**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Progressive Care Unit offers registered nurses the chance to work with a collaborative team in a well-equipped environment where critical thinking and clinical excellence are valued.
