The Manager of Nursing Administration Supervisors will support the planning and directing all operational functions for designated departments, supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and for the selection of personnel, budget preparation, quality improvement activities and compiling metrics. Leverages knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, risk management requirements and expectations, medical staff by-laws, The Joint Commission (TJC), Florida Nurse Practice Act, and other applicable regulations to maintain adherence in areas of oversight.
