The RN Program Coordinator is a hospital or care site level leader who provides specialized clinical expertise, consultation, education, and research within their designated area or specialty focus that may impact many or most hospital or care site departments. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
