Required Qualifications: Active RN license (NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license), BLS American Heart Association, ACLS, PALS, minimum 2 years of emergency room nursing experience, including at least 18 months in the ER within the past six months, clinical knowledge, analytical skills, effective verbal communication skills, and ability to perform a wide range of nursing services. The RN must be capable of assessing and prioritizing urgent medical situations across all age groups and responding swiftly to trauma cases requiring quick decision-making.
