Clinical Duties Include: Rendering outpatient primary care medical and consulting services for ArchWell Health patientsKeeping and maintaining (or causing to be kept and maintained) appropriate records of all professional servicesAppropriately documenting the care of patients which includes ensuring the accuracy of patient records, encounter notes, medical diagnoses, and documentationWorking with care team members and other employees in a collaborative manner consistent with ArchWell Health's policy of providing high quality care while maintaining excellent morale among colleaguesWorking with colleagues to ensure a high-quality patient experience, that minimizes wait times and allows patients with urgent needs to be evaluated in a timely mannerBeing available to participate in public relations, direct sales, or outreach events inside or outside of ArchWell Health centers in order to engage the community and promote the ArchWell Health model of careParticipating in clinical meetings which include reviews of hospitalized patients, clinical outcomes, quality improvement and/or peer review activitiesBeing available for call coverage on nights, weekends and/or holidays with respect to patients of the center(s) where the provider regularly provides clinical services or, if requested, to patients of other ArchWell Health centers, pursuant to a call schedule determined by ArchWell Health in its discretion, provided the provider's obligations will be consistent with the demands placed on other providers. graduatesMinimum of two (2) years of experience post residency (MD/DO)Minimum of one (1) year of recent, relevant value-based care experienceBoard certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required for physicians only)Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientationConfident in the ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needsDriven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underservedPassionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organizationInternal Candidates must be in good standing with no disciplinary action in the past 12 months at ArchWell Health.
