This role is responsible for responding to all overhead emergency activations, including Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, and Code Blue events, with the goal of preventing further deterioration, including cardiac arrest, and ensuring timely stabilization of patients. Intervention & Stabilization: Provide immediate, advanced nursing interventions, including administering medications, initiating IV’s, providing oxygen, performing defibrillation, and applying advanced monitoring as ordered and in collaboration with the APRN or Physician.
