Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform CPR/First Aid/AED, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, push, pull and reach, climb stairs, safely navigate residential and community environments, and operate an organizational vehicle. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service); Ability to pass criminal background check.
