Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (travelers must pass telemetry tests), and skill in initiating/titrating drips (antiarrhythmics, Heparin, amino acids, etc.), PIV insertion, chest tube management, CBI, and antidysrhythmic medication dosing. Additional Information: The unit primarily cares for high-acuity Tele/Medical Surgical patients with cardiac heavy caseloads, including Afib with RVR, flutter, blocks, post-ablation, CHF, COPD, sepsis, and dialysis patients.
