At OhioHealth, we help registered nurses new to the operating room setting transition to intraoperative care by building the knowledge, skills, professional presence, and experience needed to be an OhioHealth nurse. Our program is designed to extend beyond clinical orientation to support the nurse residents throughout their first year by facilitating interactions with experienced preceptors, subject matter experts and small peer groups.
