The AVP will partner closely with senior leadership, operating partners, investments, capital markets, and development to enhance NOI growth, optimize contract structures, and execute portfolio strategy, including repositioning and transitions. Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and administer complex legal, financial, and operating documents, including management agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, debt documents, and other governing agreements.
