This position will partners closely with clinical leaders, operational leaders, finance, and quality teams to identify growth opportunities, redesign care processes, and ensure programs are sustainable, compliant, data-informed, and aligned with organizational strategy and community needs. This role focuses on expanding service lines, improving care delivery models, advancing clinical informatics, and strengthening workforce training and clinical workflows.
