This individual partners closely with supervisory direct reports, Mary Bridge ambulatory clinic leaders, Mary Bridge Business Operations leaders, medical directors, physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, and clinic staff to create and realize vision for the culture, engagement, and efficiency of the clinic sites, requiring the development of rapport and professional relationships. The incumbent will supervise front and back office operational staff and perform human resource related functions such as recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and recognition as well as oversight of all operational duties related to staff scheduling, assisting in management of third-party contracts, ancillary services, supply ordering, regulatory compliance, and planning and development of new sites, when applicable.
