Lead architectural and technical development of projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration as appropriate to project contract including plans, details, wall sections, building assemblies, schedules, specifications, and other architectural documentation. This role will serve as both a technical leader and project manager, guiding projects through the design process, production of construction documents, and construction administration; from concept through completion while balancing design excellence, project performance, client expectations, and business objectives.
