Work hazards include welding flame and sparks, intense light of welding flame, gas and electrical lines and exposure of skin to gases and fumes; working with and lifting large equipment and materials; working with or near hoisted loads and being exposed to extreme weather conditions. Works with a wide variety of heavy equipment for the purposes of repair, including bulldozers, front end loaders, scrapers, maintainers, combination water trucks and dump trucks, equipment haul truck, backhoe with truck and trailer, rollers, and/or any equipment requiring repair.
