Monitor day to day activities and ensure short- and long-term goals are being met. Daily record keeping of activities along with weekly Project reporting to the Project Manager. Tracking and reporting of delays, extra work or potential extra work performed by contractors. Coordination of construction activities with between multiple contractors.2) Safety: Monitor and champion construction safety. Provide visible safety leadership through your actions and performance.
