Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable working in a hands on lab or workshop environment * Self motivated and able to work independently on open ended organization projects * Physically able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs * Basic familiarity with electronic components, hand tools, or automation hardware is a plus, but not required Learning Opportunities * Exposure to automation engineering hardware, tools, and lab workflows * Practical experience in inventory management and technical organization * Understanding how lab organization directly impacts engineering efficiency, safety, and productivity * Opportunity to interact with engineers and technicians in a real world automation environment This individual will be self driven & intentional about enablement of our engineers & techs to have safe & proper setup to execute automated work on agriculture equipment. Key Responsibilities * Workspace Organization & Decluttering Clean and reorganize engineering lab benches, tool areas, cabinets, and shared workspaces to improve safety, accessibility, and efficiency.
