What You'll Be Doing Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable) Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls Comply with all safety procedures Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs Other projects and tasks to be assigned What We're Looking For 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance) Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive Strong customer service skills What's In It For You Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your work Proposed base salary: $28-30/hr Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan A supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being Location: On-site –Miami, FL If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
