In this hands-on role, you’ll help support the laptop lifecycle program, troubleshoot technical issues, create and maintain PowerShell scripts, support endpoint applications, and collaborate with teams across the organization. Perform off hour upgrades that may need to happen at night or on weekends by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
