The contractor shall coordinate help desk workflows using IT service management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow or JIRA, ensuring structured ticket tracking and reporting. Description: The contractor shall manage global authentication support operations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting of user access issues related to IAM, security policies, and cloud authentication systems.
Technical Skills: • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is a plus.
