Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form, maintain work logs, pool records and service requests, and maintain cooperative working relationships with any Ambassador, department, or MCC member that they come in contact with during the course of their work assignments. As part of the Ambassador support team, Technicians may be asked to assist with special projects periodically that originate in other departments, open and close buildings, monitor alarm systems, and be familiar with fire sprinkler systems at all facilities.
