The West Central Arkansas Workforce Development Centers specialize in recruiting and placing skilled professionals in a variety of industries on behalf of employers in Central Arkansas. Assist the lead technician with installing and repairing glass doors, automatic doors, and windows.

<h3>Position Summary:</h3>We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Glass Installation Helper to assist with the installation and repair of automatic doors, glass doors, and windows at customer locations and in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn a skilled trade. Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.<hr/><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Assist the lead technician with installing and repairing glass doors, automatic doors, and windows</li><li>Transport tools and materials to and from job sites</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain)</li></ul><hr/><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li><li>Must pass initial and random drug screenings</li><li>Must pass a criminal background check</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and respectful of company policies</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to safety</li></ul><hr/><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience in construction, carpentry, window, or door installation</li></ul>About the West Central Arkansas Workforce Development AreaThe West Central Arkansas Workforce Development Centers specialize in recruiting and placing skilled professionals in a variety of industries on behalf of employers in Central Arkansas.
