Provide excellent service and customer care during the delivery and installation of appliances in customers' home. Deliver and Install major household appliances to customer's homes (Laundry, Kitchen, Cooking and Refrigeration).

Job Summary:<ul><li>Deliver and Install major household appliances to customer's homes (Laundry, Kitchen, Cooking and Refrigeration)</li><li>Load and unload appliances into trucks</li><li>Connect water and gas lines and check for leaks.</li><li>Dismantle and reassemble appliance.</li><li>Instruct customers on how to operate the appliance properly.</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide excellent service and customer care during the delivery and installation of appliances in customers' home.</li><li>Assist in unloading and unboxing merchandise.</li><li>Deliver new product, move/remove old appliances.</li><li>Disconnect and reconnect appliance(s). Ensure all gas and water lines are connected properly.</li><li>Observe and test operation of appliance following installation, make initial installation adjustments, as necessary.</li><li>Instruct customers regarding operation and care of appliance.</li><li>Protect customer's home while working by cleaning work area of all debris.</li><li>Maintain professional appearance.</li><li>Legibly complete all necessary paperwork</li><li>Maintain stock of parts used in on-site installation.</li><li>Perform daily safety check on work vehicle(s).</li><li>Coordinate with sales and service departments to share information across the organization.</li><li>Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines.</li><li>Demonstrate cooperative behavior with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.</li></ul> Abide by CDC guidelines for in home delivery$14.00 per Hour + $3.00 per stop.Requirements<ul><li>Education: Training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience</li><li>Experience: 2 years of related experience</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record.</li><li>Heavy lifting required up to 100 lbs.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>401k</li><li>Medical</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Performance bonus</li></ul>
