Physical Demands and Work Environment: • Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day • The job requires regularly lifting and carrying heavy items, which can weigh up to 50 pounds or more • Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and balance in awkward positions • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions • May work in extreme temperatures, including heat, cold, and humidity. Job Responsibilities: • Assist with installing residential HVAC systems, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps • Install tank and tankless water heaters • Work with experienced installers to complete ductwork improvements and retrofit projects • Learn to use diagnostic equipment, tools, and HVAC system controls • Help maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle inventory • Participate in training, coaching, and daily team meetings.
