Follows up to ensure problems and concerns are resolved satisfactorily.·         Makes outbound telephone calls as directed by branch management for service and sales opportunities.·         May perform deposit account maintenance; responds to the customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensures required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensures the customer receives the proper disclosures.·         Keeps current with products, services, and promotions.   ·         Actively participates in sales, product knowledge, and service meetings.  This includes monthly sales planning sessions and completing a monthly plan to achieve the individual goals which have been set by management.·         Provides timely follow-up to clients by telephone, written correspondence, or personal contact. OPERATIONS·         Serves the customer in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner through prompt and accurate handling of all teller transactions.  Monitors own work for quality and quantity.  ·         Accurately maintains and protects a cash drawer, balances transactions daily, reconciles errors/discrepancies and reports variances to a supervisor.·         Accurately follows bank procedures for scanning and submitting teller work.·         Keeps current with Security Alerts as well as all updates to policies and procedures.·         Assists with daily operations fixed activities in collaboration with Lead Teller or performs duties in the absence of a Lead Teller.  May perform open/close branch duties and any other operational duties as assigned.·         May be required to complete customer files, documentation, and paperwork.  Provides documentation/paperwork support to all branch areas.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
