If you’re ready to kickstart your career in the electrical field, we want to hear from you!</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.</li><li>Carry tools and equipment to and from job sites as needed.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.</li><li>Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under the guidance of experienced electricians.</li><li>Perform basic electrical tasks, such as wiring and circuit testing, as directed.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.</li><li>Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.</li></ul>
