Job Title: Dock Worker Location: Dickinson County, IA (Milford, Okoboji, Spirit Lake, and surrounding areas) Company HQ: 602 13th Street, Milford, IA Pay:<ul><li>Hourly Wage: $23.51/hour
	</li><li>Overtime: $35.27/hour
	</li><li>Bonus: Potential end-of-season bonus based on attendance, work ethic, and teamwork
</li></ul><hr/>Schedule<ul><li>Full-Time: 40+ hours per week
	</li><li>Typical Hours: 7:30 AM  4:00 PM (Monday through Sunday; schedule varies)
	</li><li>Note: Overtime may be required
</li></ul><hr/>Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the installation, maintenance, and removal of docks and hoists
	</li><li>Work with both wood and aluminum docks using basic hand tools
	</li><li>Transport dock materials between shore and water
	</li><li>Drive company trucks to and from job sites (must have valid Class C driver's license)
	</li><li>Perform deck, step, and hoist service work during the mid-season
</li></ul><hr/>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Good balance and coordination, especially when working on narrow planks over water
	</li><li>Must have a valid Class C drivers license</li><li>No prior experience or education required  well train the right candidates!
