Overview: Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join our Hematology Program with a focus in the care of patients with sickle cell disease, hemoglobinopathies, and general hematological diagnoses, including bleeding and clotting disorders. Inpatients are overseen by 4 Hem/Onc services – an inpatient resident/fellow H/O service, 1 chemo service, 1 BMT service, and 1 inpatient coagulation consultation service – all staffed by residents and/or advanced practice professionals.
