Minimum qualifications:A bachelor's degree in dance, dance or performance studies, or related field; OR at least 10 years substantial professional experience in hip hop performance, choreography, or related industry practice and 5 years teaching experience in hip hop dance (higher education, studio, or community settings). They should demonstrate scholarly, creative, or professional contributions to hip hop dance and culture; expertise in culturally responsive pedagogy and interdisciplinary teaching; and evidence of curriculum development in dance studies or hip hop-related courses.
